    Sounds like a Wall Street con job so someone could make a lot of money. Just be glad it wasn’t Bernie Madoff who invested the money.

    should they have.. of course hindsight is 20\20 are they legally liable for not doing so..

    no not at all unless you can show they had proof it would go down.. which isn’t possible
