But we leave traces of DNA all over – drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Anyone can test it, for any reason, even for research.
Should there be regulations? (and look at the “Ads” on this page!)

One ad in the link says DNA testing for $89. And testing methods are only going to get easier and more simple.
